New E.R.A. Community Group is a Maryland based non-profit foundation. Part of our mission is to improve State of Maryland communities through projects focused on urban revitalization, restoration and the creation of jobs and training programs for local citizens in Maryland communities where projects are implemented. Kimberly Butler is a knowledgeable, broad-based business and human resources consultant. She has 20+ years of extensive global Human Capital and workforce development experience, as well as business acumen. Prior to her current role with New E.R.A. Community Group, she brought her expertise to national and multi-national Fortune 500 major growth brands such as Johnson Controls, Inc. and CB Richard Ellis Global where she delivered innovative people and business solutions to her clients. As New E.R.A.'s Director of Human Capital and Project Manager for its participation in the Prince George's County Raincheck Rebate Program, Kimberly is uniquely positioned to lead New E.R.A.'s efforts to develop and implement the programs that will achieve the desired employment, training and outreach impacts throughout local communities in the State of Maryland.
